A simple homemade granola recipe made with honey, oats, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and crunchy almonds. Easy to prepare and perfect for breakfast or healthy snacking.
In a bowl, combine oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. If you don't have any parchment paper, spray non-stick cooking spray on the cookie sheet. Set aside.
In a saucepan, slowly heat the unsalted butter, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla bean paste until blended well. Make sure to keep stirring so it won't scorch on the bottom of the pan.
Pour the melted butter mixture into the bowl with the granola mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Then, evenly spread the combined granola mixture on the lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip the granola over and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
Store in airtight container on the countertop.
