bag fresh cranberries
not frozen

12 oz
can lemon lime poppi soda
or your favorite soda

cup
apple cider juice
100% apple juice
1
cup
powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash fresh cranberries under cold running water.
In a bowl, combined cranberries, soda, and apple cider 100% juice. Give it a good stir.
Put the lid on the bowl and refrigerate for 24 hours.
After that, drain liquid from the cranberries.
Add the powdered sugar. Put the lid back on the bowl, and give it a good shake.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the popping cranberries in a single layer.
Bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 degree Fahrenheit.
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Add more powdered sugar to the bowl if the cranberries aren't completely coated.
Substitute any of your favorite juices or sodas.
