Instructions
Set the toaster oven at 400 degrees or preheat the regular oven to 400 degrees.
Cut up the onions, red bell pepper, and steak.
Put a tablespoon of olive oil in the frying pan.
Sauté onions and red bell pepper on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the steak to the frying pan with the onions and red bell peppers.
Fry on medium-high heat until steak is browned, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Drain any liquid grease from the pan.
Sprinkle the Lawry's seasoned salt over the steak, onions, and red bell peppers.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the slices of Provolone cheese to the steak mixture.
Stir and cook until the cheese is melted.
Spread butter on the inside of the hoagie rolls.
Place the hoagie rolls uncovered and slightly opened on a pan that fits inside a toaster oven or a sheet pan for a regular oven.
Place the hoagie rolls into the toaster oven or the regular oven for about 3 minutes or until butter is melted. Keep checking.
Take the hoagie rolls out of the oven and spread the steak mixture in the hoagie rolls.
