These fudgy triple chocolate brownies are quick and easy to make. With three different types of chocolate in the recipe, you are going to love the rich chocolate flavor in every single bite.
Let the butter sit on the countertop for 15 minutes to soften, or microwave it for about 20 seconds.
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Then add the eggs to the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract mixture. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the flour mixture to the softened butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix into a brownie batter.
Add the white chocolate chips and the dark chocolate chips to the brownie batter. Mix with a spatula.
Overlap a piece of parchment paper in a 9x9-inch baking pan.
Spread the brownie batter evenly on top of the parchment paper in the baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them into squares.
Notes
If you don’t have parchment paper, you can spray the baking dish with cooking oil or rub some cooking oil on the pan.
Other ingredients can be added to the brownie batter before baking, such as M&M candies, mini marshmallows, or chopped walnuts.
After baking, you can put a lite dusting of powdered sugar on top of the brownies. Or, spread chocolate fudge frosting on top of the brownies after they have completely cooled.
