This 3 ingredient peanut butter fudge is so easy to make in the microwave. It only takes one minute. The combination of peanut butter and chocolate create a rich and creamy texture, making it a melt-in-your-mouth delight for peanut butter and chocolate lovers alike.
Put the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir until blended well.
Put the peanut butter mixture in the microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Remove the peanut butter mixture and stir again.
Put it back into the microwave for 30 more seconds.
Remove the peanut butter mixture from the microwave and add the chocolate chips. Stir the peanut butter mixture until the chocolate chips are completely melted (the peanut butter mixture is hot enough to melt the chocolate chips).
Overlap a sheet of parchment paper in a 8x8-inch baking dish, or you can use non-stick cooking spray if you don't have parchment paper.
Pour the peanut butter fudge into the baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to cool and set properly.
After the fudge has chilled, cut it into small squares.
Store on the countertop or in the refrigerator.
Notes
If you like nuts, add chopped walnuts or chopped pecans at the same time you add the chocolate chips.
Sprinkle finely chopped nuts on top of the peanut butter fudge.
For more nutty flavor, use crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy peanut butter.
