This Oreo ice cream recipe has only 4 ingredients - heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, sweetened condensed milk and Oreo cookies. It is a no churn recipe that is so easy to make, and the taste is exquisite!
Pour the heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl.
With an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the cream for 10 minutes or so on low speed, then increase the speed to high until the cream thickens and forms stiff peaks.
Then on low speed, slowly add the sweetened condensed milk. Mix thoroughly.
Add the vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer to a freezer-safe container, then put the whipped cream into the freezer for 10 minutes to make semi-frozen ice cream.
In the meantime, break up the pieces of Oreo cookies.
After the 10 minutes are up, take the semi-frozen ice cream out of the freezer and fold the pieces of Oreo cookies in it thoroughly with a spatula. Make sure not too many cookies sink to the bottom of the bowl.
Put the semi-frozen ice cream back into the freezer overnight. In the morning, you will have Oreo ice cream at its finest.
